Established on 10 May 2004 by a mother daughter team, NannyPro is a social enterprise that strives to build a community of caregivers for good. To do this, they have the dual mission of providing nanny services and empowering women from vulnerable backgrounds to find meaningful employment as nannies.

The Gap

As the founder of NannyPro, Becky knew that technology was the key to scaling its operations and delivering greater impact. However, she did not know where to start. 

As it currently stood two years ago, she just knew that her challenges were: 

1.   Lengthy, manual processes – scheduling & tracking a nanny was done on a whiteboard

2.  Multiple, non-integrated systems – separate softwares for payslips, customer feedback & resource management

  • Empact analysed NannyPro’s needs and identified that the key to scaling their enterprise was an All-In-One Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system 
  • Built a Strategic Tech Roadmap that incorporated Odoo, a powerful CRM solution
  • Customised and implemented a structure that integrated Accounting, Customer Feedback & Resource Management all in one place – leading to improved User Experience 
  • Trained NannyPro staff on how to use Odoo

The Outcome

With the implemented system, the NannyPro team was able to easily monitor sales and operations and improve the efficiency of their work processes, helping in substantial cost savings. That’s not all – they were able to further scale their business impact and revenue multiple times.
